2021 Market Success Story!: The Beach Condo

After about a year of conversation with them about the various options for a beach property in either Maryland or Delaware, they decided that a condo was the way to go for right now. Time spent at the beach would not be wasted on property maintenance. Getting to the beach or pool could not be simpler—just an elevator ride away. Their time at the beach, with two small children, could be all about fun!

Narrowing their search to just a few high-rise buildings right on the beach in North Ocean City that had the amenities they were looking for helped us to focus in and be prepared to act when the right unit came available. After seeing a three bedroom unit in mid-October that needed quite a bit of work but sold immediately, we spent every day of the next 100 days waiting for another three bedroom. The day the property came on the market we put together a very strategic offer and came out on top in a multi-bid situation.
